A multicultural expert who has lived in 6, traveled to 35, and worked with people from 58 countries. As a Certified Work Performance Assessor and NLP Coach, I want to empower people to achieve their personal and professional goals.
I was the first and youngest Greek female to ever speak at the Global Project Management Institute Congress and to make it to the list of World's Top 100 HR Influencers. I am also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
I worked for Google, Hewlett-Packard, Sony VAIO, Creative and Johnson & Johnson and what makes me stand out is that due to my diverse background, I have adapted a lot of business tools in my coaching practice to make my coachees succeed as soon as possible!

Executive coaching is about improving your communication, collaboration, negotiation, time management and leadership skills, cultivating your Emotional Intelligence, increasing your self-awareness, becoming a servant-leader, improving your productivity and finding the required work and life balance so you can excel at any company.
Career coaching is about mock interviews and CV / LinkedIn profile upgrade so you can attract recruiters and ace your next interview. It is also about vocational guidance so you can find the right career path for you and receive guidance in switching career paths and exceling at work.
I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to people suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder and/or Impostor Syndrome.
